Which electronic documents does FactuSync issue?
FactuSync issues invoices, credit notes, debit notes, withholding receipts, waybills, and purchase settlements—all authorized by Ecuador's SRI.
What is the XAdES-BES signature and why do I need it?
XAdES-BES is the advanced digital signature standard the SRI requires for electronic documents. FactuSync applies it automatically within the issuing flow, with no manual steps.
Does FactuSync have a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is a 1-month trial: it issues up to 10 documents per year with 1 user at no cost, and only Invoice, Credit Note, and Debit Note. After the month, the account becomes read-only until you subscribe to a paid plan. Paid plans (Starter, Business, and Scale) raise the quota, enable all document types, and add the PDF signer.
Can I integrate FactuSync with my own system?
Yes. FactuSync is a REST API with API Key authentication. Documentation for endpoints, scopes, and webhooks is at jipsoft.com/docs.
